The 5/6G class has been learning about significant stories in the bible. They were assigned one biblical story as a group to perform, and the two girls Lhyanne and Mia D interviewed, spoke about the story they dramatised, Jonah and the Whale. The story is that God came from above and talked to Johah. Jonah ignored the message, then God sent this great storm Jonah’s way, he got knocked overboard and was swallowed by a whale. After some time, Jonah started praying to God asking for his forgiveness. He prays every day until the whale spits him out. After he gets spat out Jonah goes straight to Nineveh to share God's word.

In other news, in Science 5/6G have been learning about the life cycle of plants. They are finding this learning really interesting as they grow new understandings about life cycles.
